The Street Mall

25 Boylston Street, Suite 302, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467. The office is located in The Street Mall. The Chestnut Hill Medical Center  is a large brick building in the middle of the mall, close to the Star Market. A map of the mall can be found here.  Parking is available in both the front and the back of the building.
